Milestone主办家庭制试行

2015年仍然计划Milestone，为了让这个活动发展得更长远，我们制定了主办家庭制，也就是让大家自愿报名参与活动的主办，原来是为了众人拾柴，减轻主办家庭的负担，后来发现还有更积极的作用，参与主办的家庭，自然地变成一个团结友好的核心集体，加固了轮滑课的领导能力。每年换届，新成员带来新想法，大大拓展了我们的视野，轮滑课由闭门造船，变成了海纳百川，合作共赢，走上了一条康庄大道。

主办家庭制还做了其他必要的规定，例如，为了防止腐败，在经费管理上，要求上一届给下一届收钱，即收钱的人不花钱，花钱的人不收钱等等，多年之后证明有效，主办家庭一直保持着“少花钱多办事”的传统，上一届传给下一届。

Host Family System Implemented for Milestone

In 2015, Milestone was still being planned, and in order to ensure its long-term success, we implemented a host family system. This meant that families could voluntarily sign up to become hosts for the event. Originally, this was intended to spread the workload and ease the burden on the hosting families. However, we later discovered that it also had a positive impact in creating a cohesive and friendly core group of participants, which strengthened the leadership abilities of the skating class. Each year, as new families became hosts, new ideas were brought to the table, which greatly expanded our horizons. The skating course, which had previously been limited in scope, became more inclusive and cooperative, ultimately paving the way for its success.

Other necessary rules were also implemented as part of the host family system. For example, in order to prevent corruption, financial management required that the previous year's host family collect money from the current year's host family. This ensured that those who collected money did not spend it, and those who spent money did not collect it, and this system has proven effective over the years. The hosting families have always maintained the tradition of "doing more with less," passing it down from one generation to the next.

关于2015年8月份之后停止招收新学员的通知

每年Milestone之后，我们都会停止招收新学员，今年也是一样。

以前的主要考虑是8月份开始，小孩的速度是一年中最快的时候，新队员加入后，速度差太大，碰撞后会有安全问题；从另外一方面来看，刚进来的学员看到其它小朋友滑得快，特别是比自己小的快的比自己快，心理压力大，会拼命滑，在技术不稳定的情况下，容易摔伤。

今年还有一个重要的原因，我们的在册人数超过我们的预期值，上课时看不过来，请谅解，如果我们的人数降下来了，我们会通知你们。
